RPM Calucation based on torque and BHP

max troque 7000RPM Max power 9000RPM ft 2016

40% of 7000RPm 28000
Idle RPM
50% of Max Power Torque 9000 = 4500

RPM Range: 2800-45000 (to charge bike battery KTM recommended above 4000RPM)

Max Power at 9000RPM

We don;t need go above 9000 RPM we already got max power.

Max torque at 7000RPM

We don;t need go above 7000 RPM we already got max torque.

Motorcycle Idle RPM

The ideal idle RPM (revolutions per minute) for a motorcycle is typically between 700–1,000 RPM. However, this can vary depending on the make and model of the bike. You can find the recommended idle RPM for your specific motorcycle in the owner’s manual.

as per KTM RC 390 2016 Owner manual

foot pound vs NM

One foot-pound (ft/lb) is equal to 1.356 newton-meters (Nm). To convert newton-meters (Nm) to foot-pounds (ft/lbs) all you need to do is divide your figure (Nm) by 1.356

35/1.356=25.811  pump rpm calculator

Higher RPM for Increasing heat get rid of carbon buildup

Heat 300c carbon melts and blows with air.

Rev limiter by fuel injection & spark plug igntion time

max RPM Issues

Higher Frequncy of volves, Piston repaeats may damage the engine.   Timing chain tensioner fails, Cam shaft, crank sahft synchronization failes etc.  valves may direct contact with piston due high repeats springs may not fast as.  and engine blow. that;s why red celings.

Piston speed

Why redline in the tachometer?

The red line on a tachometer indicates the maximum engine speed at which an internal combustion engine can operate without causing damage.

Does KTM RC 390 2024

The redline of the KTM RC 390 is around 10,200 RPM. This bike has a 373 cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with a maximum power output of 43 horsepower at 9,500 RPM. It also has a torque of 37 Newton meters at 7,000 RPM

Maximum engine speed During the first: 1,000 km (620 mi) 7,500 rpm

Idle speed 1,650… 1,750 rpm
